The Tesla Gen 2 iBooster, used in Model 3 and Model Y vehicles, is designed to mount at an angle from the factory. When the iBooster is repurposed for retrofit projects and installed on a vertical firewall, the original brake fluid reservoir sits at an angle, making it difficult to properly fill and monitor the fluid level.

This adapter is 3D printed from polypropylene (PP), an engineering-grade thermoplastic chosen for its excellent chemical resistance to glycol-based brake fluids and long-term durability. It installs between the Gen 2 iBooster master cylinder and the factory reservoir, correcting the reservoir angle so it remains level when the iBooster is mounted vertically.

Installation is straightforward. The factory pressed retaining pin is reused to secure the adapter to the master cylinder, while a single M5 bolt fastens the reservoir to the adapter. No modifications to the original reservoir are required.
